Injector instructions

Legal: Keep away from kids. Keep it clean BEFORE AND AFTER EACH USE! Needles are sharp.
These instructions are for the ½ Gallon and 1 Gallon Systems
Maintenance Note: You will need to oil the pump! ONLY use mineral oil all other oils will become sticky the pump will need to be taken apart and deeply cleaned. If your pump “breaks” and fails to make pressure you will need to take it apart. Use a small screw driver and push in the tabs on each side of the pump above the blue O-ring. Pull out the handle and put the rubber plunger back on the bottom of the handle. The grooved side should face down. If you can’t not find the rubber plunger it is stuck in the bottom of the pump tube. Tap the open end of the tube on the table until it comes out. Oil with mineral oil and put back together.
Instructions: Thank you for buying Chop’s Power Injector System! When you open the box, you will find we have already done most of the work for you all you need to do is clean the injector system completely before use!
This is important! Fully sanitize it inside and out! We use a half cap of bleach and HOT water along with a couple drops of good dish soap or your favorite sanitizer. Fill it up shake it pump it lock on the handle and let all the pressure go through the needle manifold. Take the pump out of the container and rinse the inside out with more hot water refill with just hot water put the pump back in pump up and rinse out all your cleaning solution.
Do this after and before EACH use!!
You may notice that the needles may point differently that’s ok and unlock the needle and turn it one half turn then re-lock.
Do not remove the manifold from the trigger! Once it is off you will damage the trigger trying to put it back on! If your trigger breaks contact us!
Injecting: Fill up your tank with your choice of injection (No more than 3/4 full)
Make sure you strain the injection to make sure no large items are going to plug the needles depending on needle size.
Pump it up! 10-20 times push the trigger to purge the injection to make sure there is no water left in the line. Also, you will know if will know at that point if the injection is thin enough. Start on one end of your meat and insert the needles fully push the trigger and pull the needles out.
We have several needle sizes and accessories on our site and Amazon.
